All of the members of Flamscheram met studying jazz at the
University of Wisconsin Superior under the direction of Greg Kehl Moore (aka Solid Jackson). Greg Kehl Moore has appeared
on stage with Flamscheram playing tenor saxophone.
Another notable saxophone player is Jason Minke. Often
times, Jason will come and help Flamscheram set a different landscape. We like Jason! We like him a lot!
Flamscheram's mission is to be a grass roots band.
That is, no recording contracts, strictly private recording for albums and live shows. If you want to come and record,
take advantage of the band's "please record policy." We, now and always, encourage tapers to come record our live gigs
(even though we already do that).
